Form 1 learned and debated about all the things animals can and can’t do, and then we watched a story, based on a book called: Giraffes Can’t Dance.
The story is about a giraffe named Gerald. In Africa, where Gerald lives, the animals hold a Jungle Dance every year. Lions, rhinos, monkeys and more all danced, but Gerald couldn’t dance – he tried, but all the other animals made of him. He left the dance, feeling very sad, but then he met a new friend: a cricket. And this cricket taught him a very special lesson:
